The pillows arrive compress packed. For good use, prep as below: Within a week of receiving the pillow, open the plastic wrap and remove the pillows. It would be better to leave the pillow in a dry and ventilated place for 1-2 days. Natural latex pillow have a little natural rubber smell, but it is harmless to human body, the smell will fade away in the air.

Our latex pillow is washable.
